WiPak™ Embedded Wireless PC

WiPak™ is an XP embedded PC mounted inside the CNC control which runs off the machine tool’s power supply. This enables the operator to run wireless Multi-DNC™ communications, Job Base™, and Machine Event Monitoring™. WiPak™ uses embedded XP to run your time and attendance software, send email, or instant messages, and dripfeed large programs to the CNC machine with 30GB of internal storage. The CNC program is sent wirelessly using error checking ftp protocol from Multi-DNC™ to the WiPak™ in seconds. Once safely transferred to the WiPak™ unit, it no longer depends on the wireless network. The dripfeed process can now begin and runs autonomously in complete safety.
